The rep then said she can’t do that because we didn’t pay the bill. Worst customer svc ever Not to mention they are liars about not shutting off service. Over an oversight which was paid immediately upon noticing @comcast @Xfinity & all the rep said was sorry but won’t turn it on

@MSNBC Please resolve your chronic broadcast issues. Constant audio and video freezing and interruptions. At times it renders you unwatchable. I'm a @Xfinity customer and it's only happening on @MSNBC. Enough of this garbage!

well, the @Xfinity @comcast help page is still “loading” a full 29 HOURS since i first tried to access it to cancel my account before moving. bravo, @Xfinity, you are truly committed to making your customers suffer. really the cherry on top of trying to move during a pandemic.

I just got my iced coffee for free because I had to wait .03 seconds for him to ring me up b/c he was on the phone trying to calm his mother down about Comcast having to go over their house to help with something. Dude! It’s fine!! Take care of your mother!

@Xfinity @comcast you guys have to really do better than issuing $15 credits to clients when they’ve had issues for a year with little progress & change, ESPECIALLY when it costs the customers their job or to lose money needed to pay bills and other important expenses.

I recently upgraded my iphone at Xfinity mobile. The existing device is fully paid up and I have been trying to get the unlock code since the past one week. Numerous calls to their call center have just put me on an endless hold. Very poor service xfinity! @xfinitymobile

After visiting the store, while they also tried to help and said they have reached out to xfinity helpdesk and that they will respond to me, its been 2 days and no call or email received from xfinity as yet!
